Every person is pursuing something. Some chase money, some chase control, some chase approval, and some chase success. Jesus warns that these pursuits can become false gods that never truly satisfy. Instead, He calls His followers to pursue what lasts, trust God with what they cannot control, find their identity in their Heavenly Father, and seek His Kingdom above everything else.
