Have you ever asked Jesus to fix a problem in your life, only to discover that what He really wanted to do was something deeper? When Jesus entered Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, the crowds celebrated Him as the king they wanted—a political rescuer who would overthrow Rome. But Jesus came as the King they needed—a Savior who would forgive their sins and restore their relationship with God. The tragedy is that many people missed it. And the question we face today is the same question they faced then: Will we receive Jesus for who He truly is? The King who came not just to improve our lives—but to forgive our sins and become our Lord.
